This blog is committed to discussing one aspect of clergy sexual misconduct (CSM) in as safe and constructive a way as possible. Its specific focus is Unitarian Universalist processes for dealing with CSM.
While I know what I feel safe in saying, comments are more challenging. I do not knowingly permit any comments that have the potential to harm others. For example, this is not a forum to name names. I have lived through far too many kangaroo courts myself, and have no wish to do this or anything like it to anyone — even the most heinous perpetrators.
Rather, it is about how to achieve justice for and ministry to those broken by misconduct. I welcome your comments, but please, I ask that you honor the spirit in which this blog is intended — speaking truth to power in love.
